Vendors may camp overnight in their vendor space(s). No entry to the grounds after 9:00pm (this includes re-entry for vendors already set up). Vendor gates will re-open at 5:00am on Saturday, September 25th. • Saturday, September 25th, 2021, 5:00am through 7:00am. NO entry for vendor set up after 7:00am. Vehicle traffic is NOT allowed in Swap Meet area after 7:00am. VENDOR AND SHOW-N-SHINE: • Saturday, September 25th, 7am to 4:00pm. Vendors may begin to break down and leave at 4:00pmon Saturday. No break down can begin before 4:00pm. • There is a separate entrance and exit for the Show-N-Shine event SWAP MEET PUBLIC/BUYER GATE TIME AND SHOW-N-SHINE SHOW TIME: • The swap meet will be open to the public beginning at 7:00am (or there about) on Saturday, September 25th, 2021. VEHICLE MOVEMENT DURING PUBLIC SWAP MEET TIMES: • NO vehicle movement will be allowed within the swap meet area between 7:00am through 4:00pm on Saturday, September 25th, 2021. • NO breakdown or leaving until after 4:00pm on Saturday, September 25th, 2021. VENDOR SPACES: • One (1) assigned vendor space is approximately 20' wide by 20' deep. One (1) unassigned vendor and Car Corral space is approximately 10' wide by 20' deep. • One (1) commercial space is approximately 30' wide by 15' deep. • Vehicles may park within your rented vendor space. • Vehicle traffic in and out of vendor spaces and swap meet area is NOT allowed from 7:00am through 4:00pm on Saturday, September 25th, 2021. • If you do not want to park in your vendor space, parking space is available in the designated Vendor Parking Lot and may be purchased for an additional fee. Any vehicle that is parked in an unauthorized area is subject to tow. Yolo County Fair Grounds also has an RV Park available with full hookups. Please contact Yolo County Fair Grounds at 530-402-2222 for rental info. SWAP MEET ITEMS FOR SALE: • Swap meet items for sale should be AUTO RELATED or genuine 40's, 50's, 60's, ?O's NOSTALGIA ITEMS. SPACE CLEAN UP: • Vendors are required to clean up their rented space at the conclusion of the event. Yolo County Fair Grounds is kind enough to allow us to hold the Swap Meet on their grounds, but we must leave the grounds clean. Failure to clean your vendor space may result in denial of future participation in the Swap Meet. ELECTRICITY: • Electricity is not available on the Swap Meet grounds. Generators I Loud Speakers/ Loud Engines: • Loud generators /speakers/music /engines/ etc. and generator exhaust fumes must NOT offend your neighbors. Please , be considerate and make sure that you comply. If you have problems contact Swap Meet personnel in the orange vests. Swap Meet vendors must maintain liability insurance in accordance to the requirements of the State of California (land owner and site lessor). SELLERS PERMITS: • Swap Meet vendors are responsible to be in compliance with all applicable resale and other license requirements. • If you do not have a seller's permit and are not an exempt or an occasional seller, you MAY NOT sell at the Swap Meet. • A temporary seller's permit can be obtained at any local Board of Equalization office, at no cost to you. The business address on your temporary permit should be the address of the temporary selling location. The mailing address is your permanent place of business or residence. • Occasional sellers are persons who will not be making a series of sales sufficient in number, scope and character to constitute an activity requiring the holding of a seller's permit. Occasional sellers typically include persons who have cleared out their garage of their own used items, and sell only those items. • Vendor shall hold Swap Meet Operator harmless for any regulatory breach. TENTS & EASY-UPS: • All tents and easy-up type structures must be certified fire safe and must have attached decal showing such. All non-fire safe tents are subject to removal.
